Project: Live coverage of a two-day conference
600
participants filled Harvard University's historic Lowell Hall...
...for
"The Internet and the Public's Health," a two-day conference convened
to explore the Internet's present and future role in healthcare.
HSPH asked
us to provide live webcast and closed-circuit coverage, video/audio
reinforcement for the audience in the venue, and masters for subsequent
duplication and distribution on videocassette. Using 5 live cameras,
20 microphones, and multimedia data projection, we covered the
event without a single glitch.
Client
Beverly Freeman,
Dean's Office, Harvard School
of Public Health:
"Larry Mondi Productions was crucial to our conference planning.
They gave me confidence that I could turn the audiovisual coverage
over to them and get a very professional result and that is exactly
what happened. The conference video is wonderful to view... it's
artfully done so that the viewer gets a sense of "being there."
We're proudly distributing our conference video world-wide!"
